Dodger merchandise department members filed a grievance against Delware North Company/California Sportservice Inc., for violation of our collective bargaining agreement with regard to wages and commissions.<br /><br />Commissioned members have lost sales locations and these locations have been replaced by hourly wage “Retail Stores.” Since we filed the grievance, all we asked for is for an independent arbitrator to decide our case. Unfortunately, Delware North Company/California Sportservice Inc., has been dragging their feet in the process by not selecting an arbitrator or arbitration date.<br /><br />We need to send them a message and let them know that this is not acceptable.<br /><br />Please join us in the coming weeks as we prepare to take action against Delware North Company/California Sportservice Inc., here at the stadium. We will be asking all Dodger SEIU Local 1877 members to lend their support.
